Please read through our policies before requesting. We really appreciate your consideration!

We're absolutely honoured that you want us to review your book! At this time, we are not reviewing self-published titles. We read almost all YA titles including paranormal, science fiction, fantasy/urban fantasy, contemporary, dystopia, and romance. We read select middle-grade books only, and do not accept adult titles for review. We will not read any books with highly religious content, such as Christian YA, and we do not read books with highly sexual content. If your book falls into this category on Goodreads or we discover this after we begin reading, we may not review it. 

This blog currently receives around 500 page views and over 150 unique visitors per week (according to Google Analytics).

If you do not have a specific reviewer in mind, our turnaround time for reviews (as of August 2012) is normally no more than 1 month. We do not take monetary compensation for reviews. Peace.

Priority Reviews
If your book is on our Goodreads TBR, please mention this to us in your review request. All self-published books from our TBRs will be reviewed. Our Goodreads profile links are on the Contact page of our website.

Individual Criteria
Although we prefer hard copies to ebooks, due to shipping costs, you may want to check our location:

1. Hayley lives in Hong Kong
2. Alvina and Nicole live in Sydney

We accept ebooks in .MOBI (Kindle), .PDF, and .EPUB format. If your book is on Amazon, we would prefer a gift invite to an email attachment.

Requesting a Review

1. Please email all requests to teenagefiction(at)ymail(dot)com.
2. Do NOT attach files of any sort (including .MOBI, .PDF, Word documents, .PNG, .GIF, .JPEG, etc), Smashword coupon codes, or Amazon gifts to your first email request. Requests containing attachments may be deleted unread (viruses galore!).
3. Include the synopsis of your book with a Goodreads and Amazon link if applicable. Include your publisher (we only accept non self-published requests). Please do not include your cover image.
4. If you have a specific reviewer in mind, please mention it in your request.
5. If the book is an ARC/proof/e-galley, please specify the release date.
6. We will usually contact you within 48 hours of your request.
7. ARCs/galleys will normally take precedence over finished copies, and hard copies over e-books. That aside, we try to review books in the order we receive them.
8. Please feel free to email us if we have not posted the review after 1 month, and we will be more than happy to update you on the status of your request.

Teenage Fiction is an affiliate with Amazon.com and the Book Depository. Items purchased through affiliate links do not cost any extra. Earnings go towards funding for giveaways, domain hosting, and other blog maintenance.
